  Horrible, just horrible. used to buy their smoked kielbasa from Holbrook Farms in Bethel Connecticut...it was really good, about 3/4" in diameter and quite tasty with natural casing. The last one I bought was about 1 1/2" in diameter, had a plastic casing and was, in my opinion 99% horrible fat. Uneatable! Be careful with this comapny...I spent almost $12 for this and it went into the garbage.
